Cottage Description and Amenities
The cottage is mainly on one floor and has one spacious double bedroom with a kingsize double bed a large open plan lounge with DVD player, TV with freeview. The large modern kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all modern appliances i.e. fridge, freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen door opens onto a garden area with patio table and chairs.
There is a separate toilet and shower room which leads to a large inner hall and storage area.
The hall leads up stairs to a full size snooker room where there is a choice of board games. Just beyond the main farmhouse in the front meadow there is a private tennis court for guests to use.
Sleeping is for 2 but the lounge settees are bed settees and up to 2 extra guests can be accommodated on request
There is full central heating in all rooms, electricity along with towels, tea towels, bed linen and cleaning equipment is all included.
The cottage kitchen will be supplied with basics (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar etc). There will be soap shampoo etc in the bathroom and a welcome pack of fresh groceries on arrival. However Tesco-online will deliver!
